What is an Early Access Program (EAP)
We've built something we're genuinely excited about. But the best products aren't built in isolation. They're shaped by the teams who use them every day. The early access program is how we make sure Sondar 2.0 solves real problems, not theoretical ones.
In exchange for your time and honest feedback, you get direct access to the product before anyone else, and a direct line to the person building it.
What's in it for you?
Your feedback builds the product. Your main contact is me, Li, founder and CPTO. I own the roadmap. That means when you tell me something isn't working, it doesn't get lost in a support queue or deprioritized in a backlog. It goes straight into what we build next. The irony of building a product that eliminates signal decay is not lost on me, so I'm making sure there's zero decay between your experience and our roadmap.
Zero engineering lift on your side. We handle all integrations, implementation, training, and AI context-setting. Your dev team stays focused on your core product. This isn't a "here's the docs, good luck" situation. We do the work.
A small, focused working group. We ask you to nominate three people: one from Product Ops, one from PM, and one from your VoC or customer insights function. That's it. No company-wide rollout, no change management headaches. Three people who care about customer feedback and want to see what's possible.
Minimal time commitment. One 30-minute check-in every fortnight, plus occasional discovery calls capped at 60 minutes per month. We respect that you're running a business. The whole point of Sondar is to save you time, not consume it.
